What is Thai Massage
Traditional Thai Yoga Massage (TTYM) is an intuitive healing art, almost 2,000 years old. The theory of TTYM lies in yoga philosophy and is based on the concept of energy lines ('10Sen') which run through the body.

How is it applied & What does it involve
The therapist works with the '10 Sen' through massage using thumbs, hands, feet and elbows along these energy lines whilst moving the body through sequences of gentle yoga based stretches.

Depending on your personal requirements, treatments vary from:

  • 2 hours - Full Treatment
  • 1 and a half hours
  • Half hour - Head, Neck & Shoulders
